Vocalist, Actress, Dancer, Song-writer, Producer, New York Times Best Selling Author, Designer, and Activist Jennifer Lynn López was named first-ever Global Advocate for Girls and Women at the UN Foundation. The ICON will help to bring awareness to the call for action to a dress the needs and rights of girls and women around the world she dominates.
President and CEO of the UN Foundation said of LA REINA, “We are thrilled to work with Jennifer Lopez, who will lend her powerful voice to one of the most important causes of our generation – empowering girls and women. “Today, not a single country in the world has achieved gender equality. This is unacceptable and everyone – including men and boys – has suffered because of it. We can – and must – put the needs and rights of girls and women on center stage – and we are honored to have Jennifer Lopez help us in our efforts.”
Jennifer will working on supporting maternal health programs and ensuring access to education and health services around the world, and to working to end gender-based violence.

Lastly, this past weekend the world was made a better place after the Human Rights Activist killed the #iHeartRadioMusicFestival in Vegas this past weekend.
